In the privacy of your own luxury suite, start your session with a detoxifying 30-minute Full-Spectrum Infrared Sauna session, followed by a grounding 30-minute cool down in our Halotherapy area, which is beneficial in alleviating symptoms around various respiratory issues such as allergies or asthma.
Compliments to your session include cool essential oil face towels + body mist, Himalayan salt massage ball, aromatherapy, relaxing music, a fun couple's connection game + chromotherapy.
Upon completion of this relaxing session, you will receive a gift bag full of fun gifts (may include snacks, gift certificate to a local business or restaurant or fresh juice), a take-home polaroid photo + more.

Let us be your accountability partner in love with our monthly Date Night plan.
This plan commits you both to one Salt + Sauna session per month + a fun game or activity put together by us. All you have to do is show up for yourself + your partner + we'll do the rest.
Session additions could include:
- Learning each other's love languages
- Date Night board or card games
- Take-home charcuterie board
- Learning each other's apology languages
- and more
Plus, once you are committed to this plan, we will keep you on track + accountable to scheduling one Date Night per month.
Monthly plan renews every month with a 6-month commitment. Plans cannot be canceled within the commitment time frame. Unused sessions will roll over to the next month.
