Rehydrate

After your session, it is extremely important that you rehydrate. We highly recommend drinking at least 24oz of any electrolyte replenishment-type drink, such as SOLE Water (mineral made from Himalayan Salt), lemon water (added bonus if you add cucumber + mint!), or coconut water, although filtered water will be just fine. You may feel the need to continue hydrating for the next 24 hours, which is perfectly normal.
